Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
• 4 large apples (Granny Smith or a mix of tart and sweet apples)
• 2 large pears
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey or golden sirup
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cardamon (optional)
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup LSA, risen or berries each
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans) - optional
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup coconut oil or salted butter, chilled and cubed


Instructions:
• In cold Zepter frying pan or casserole put all dry ingredients
• Add cubed butter
• Add cubed or sliced fruits
• Add on top: LSA, chopped nuts, risen or berries, brown sugar or honey, cinnamon.
• Cover with the Zepter lid.
• Put the casserole on medium heat until the arrow on the thermocontrol reaches the green zone.
• Reduce the heat to the minimum for 15 minutes, then turn the heat off. Let it rest for 5-10 minute

Serve:
• Let the crumble cool slightly before serving or serve it hot.
• Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, or enjoy it on its own.
